Singapore on fire!

If you missed this weekend's Formula 1 race in Singapore, you really missed out!

I think we saw one of the best races of this season yet! Action and drama came to the foreground and it provided a race worth showing to your grandkids some day.

Fernando Alonso and Sebastian Vettel both drove like world champions, kicking dust in all the other drivers' faces and showing that they mean business for the remainder of the season.

Mark Webber also had a star performance, leapfrogginf the two McLarens by 8.5 seconds!! A gap which was closed down immediatly after the safety car was deployed. Then Lewis Hamilton decided to put himself out of the race by driving into Webber while trying to make an overtaking manuvour around the outside of a corner stick. He wasn't very happy with himself though...

Then two laps before the end of the race, Heikki Kovalainen's Lotus caught on fire and he decided to play track marshall and put out his own car's flames. Nice job Heikki!

The championship is still an open bullfight between the top five drivers, but Jenson Button is giong to have to pull something big out of the bag to stay in the running. Mark Webber still leads on 202 points with Alonso close behind on 191, followed by Hamilton and Vettel on 182 and 181 respectively.

Four races, seven weeks, who will be crowned champion?
