But the simple answer is, this is a Lotus!! It's called the Lotus Elite and its launch date is 2014.
Apparently this car will rival the Aston Martin DB9, taking into consideration that it looks just like one. Just with a round yellow badge instead of the pair of Aston wings.
Personally, I think this could be a step forward for Lotus. Have you ever tried getting into an Elise when you're six foot two? Quite interesting, the moves you need to pull to get into that car. I had to go and sit next to the car on the showroom floor, then open the door, then put my legs in, then the rest followed.
At least I can say that if you ever find yourself in a situation where you need to blast through underneath a truck, you'll wish you were in a Lotus! But now that Lotus is going bigger and better with their cars, we'll just have to see about that one;)
