No parking bay is good enough for his car, so he decided to park it in such a fashion that everyone will turn their heads and have a look at it. Hopefully his car insurance pays out...
I think it's safe to say that we've all been there(no, not parked with our wheels against the wall, silly). We've all been in a situation with our cars where we have to get the other party's details and phone our insurance company. Most of them can be a real pain in the neck, but nothing compares to an old lady who just ran into the back of your car, because she was playing with her lap dog, and then she blames you for causing it...
But such is life, I guess. One time or another, stuff will happen that we didn't plan for. So, be sure to be prepared for it and face it head on when it happens! Insurance is there for a reason:)
